BPJS Patients Satisfaction Analysis Towards Service Quality of Public Health Center in Surabaya

Surabaya is a growing city and actively develope basic service innovations through Public Health Center (PHC) such as implementing E-Health services, BPJS p-care, including various quality health services oriented in increasing patient, family, or public satisfaction Surabaya. The purpose of the study was to identify level Badan Penyelenggara Jaminan Sosial (BPJS) non-BPJS patients with at Manukan Kulon PHC. This research method cross-sectional study. measuring instrument used patient index (Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI)). Meanwhile, dimension SERVQUAL Principle by looking value gap between expectation reality from aspects responsiveness, tangibles, assurance, empathy, reliability. sample determined simple random sampling total samples collected were 110 respondents (67 43 patients). results showed that more satisfied (CSI 83.9%) than 83.4%). Specifically, patients’ related responsiveness (0.3), tangibles (-0.3), assurance (0.9), empathy (0.6), reliability (-1.0.) While non have for (- 0.1), (0.1), (0.2), (0.1). means general, Non-BPJS are very However, it necessary prioritize improvement on expected patients.
